The Write Stuff

The first step is to pick a picture and create text that fits what the person is thinking. Make sure that the font some how relates to the point you're trying to make.

The next step is to make a text bubble. Make a new layer and use the cookie cutter tool to pick the talk bubble and apply it to the text. The new layer should first be painted white and once the talk bubble is applied everything around it will disappear.

After you've done that you can color the bubble whatever color fits. Use the bevels library to choose an outline for it. Change the opacity to about 75% and flatten the layer. Now you're done.
